INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
On average, even during COVID from the date of our dispatch, shipment is currently taking 10-16 working days for Australia Post standard, 6-11 working days for Australia Post Express and 3-5 working days for DHL express for International metro areas; Rural / regional areas may take longer.
Provided all stock is available, and outside busy periods, goods are generally dispatched on the same working day if your order is received before 12pm; or the next working day if received after 12pm.
The actual timeline depends on the destination country; as well as how close the actual delivery address is to a metro area.
Product delivery can take longer if there’s problems with the address provided; if the destination is not in a metro area of a capital or other major city; or if your gift gets a random check by customs of the country it is entering (about 3% of all parcels).
