Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a return, please head to our returns portal https://return.auspost.com.au/PEGGY_AND_FINN
The cost of returns has a flat rate fee of $9.50 unless the item you are returning is faulty.
For all international returns, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. We recommend using registered post so you can receive a tracking number for the return.

Please include a note with your order number and the reason for your return.
For Australian orders you have 30 days to return your order.
For International orders you have 60 days to return your order.
All returns are subject to the following conditions. We have the right to reject any returns that fail to adhere to our Return Conditions and Policy.
All items must be in a new, unwashed and unused condition with all tags attached. Underwear packaging must be returned in it’s original condition.
We will not accept your return if we consider the item(s) used.
Returns must be completed within 30 days from the original purchase date for Australian Customers and 60 days from the original purchase date for International Customers.
No refunds or exchanges will be considered on SALE items, unless the item is faulty.
From time to time we run promotional sales. If an item(s) was purchased in a promotional sale and was not already discounted on our websites sale page, we will be happy exchange the item for an alternative size or print and accept returns for refunds.
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of us receiving your return. We will
not process refunds without receiving the item(s).
We will not be responsible for any packages returned that we do not receive.
We will only accept returns purchased through peggyandfinn.com.au.
If you have purchased from a Peggy and Finn stockist or another online retailer, please
contact the store in which you purchased from for assistance with a return. We cannot be held accountable or provide refunds or exchanges for purchases outside of peggyandfinn.com.au
If you received an incorrect item with your order, please contact our customer service

so we can organise to send the correct item out to you.

Standard shipping Australia wide has a flat rate of $9.95. Standard shipping is free for all orders over $99
Need your order a little faster? Express shipping Australia wide has a flat rate of $12.95. Express shipping is free for orders over $120
Order
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of placing your order, during business hours. If you place an order on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend, it will be sent out the next business day. We are closed on weekends and public holidays, so please take this into account when placing an order. Please note, during peak times there might be dispatch delays of up to 5 business days.
You can track your order using the tracking details that will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

It may not always be possible for us to amend your order details, so please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.

Payment, Promos & Gift Card
If you have signed up to our mailing list you can use this code on our website for a discount. Codes can be entered at the checkout. Only one promotional code can be used per order.
All our prices are listed in local currency for the Country.
We accept a wide range of payment methods including Paypal, Amex, Visa, Mastercard as well ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ platforms Afterpay, Zip Pay and Paypal Pay in 4.
If you have a gift card, you need to enter the gift card number exactly as you see it. If
you can't find your gift card details, send us an email and we can send it to you.
