Returns

You must return your items to us within 30 days from the day you receive the goods to receive a full refund. If more than 30 days has expired since you received the parcel, we cannot process the refund and your items will be returned to you.

Please email us at info@peggyandfinn.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

It is important that you include your order number and name on the package you are returning so that we can easily identify your order. Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post so that you receive a tracking number for the return.

Return Policy Details

  • Goods must be returned within 30 days of receiving to ensure a refund
  • Goods can be returned within 60 days of receiving if items are needed to be exchanged
  • Goods must not be worn and need to be returned unwashed
  • All packaging, tags must be included in the return
  • Any items on ‘Sale’ can not be returned

Can I buy items to check colours with my suit and return them if  the colours don’t quite work?

If you are interested in a couple of different styles but not quite sure which tie will match your suit, please reach out to us at hello@peggyandfinn.com.au as we can always assist you and provide you with the right advice before your purchase. Please note if you still wish to purchase a number of items, the returns will be subject to our returns policy.

Processing a Refund

We will process any returns within 5 business days after we receive the goods that you return. Please note any shipping charges are not refundable

What if I want to exchange an item?

If you are after exchanging an item you have 60 days from the day you receive the good to return them back to us. There is no additional charges if you want to exchange items

Are return fees applicable?

Unfortunately we are required to charge a fee for any returns. The fee charged is $10 AUD and is deducted from your refund per order.

Why are you charging me a return fee?

We do not build this fee into our pricing structure to ensure we keep our prices as low as possible for our customer. This fee is only charged to customers who are returning items.

What about Taxes & Duties for overseas orders?

At the point of delivery or soon after any import duties, customs or taxes levied by the country your order is shipped to is required to be paid by the customer. For details on any charges that may be applicable please contact your local customs office.

Unfortunately we are not liable for these charges and cannot reimburse or refund you.

My refund has not been processed?

If after 5 business days upon our receipt of the goods you have not received your refund, please contact your bank as first point of call as the processing times between banks may differ,

If after calling your bank the money is still yet to appear in your account please contact us at info@peggyandfinn.com.au

Faulty or damaged products

If an item you purchased arrives damaged or faulty please contact us immediately at info@peggyandfinn.com.au so we can help rectify the issue. Please include details of your order number, name and a photo depicting the damage so that we can assist.

We will refund any items that are faulty or damaged due to no fault of your own.

Any items damaged after delivery will not be refunded.
